1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
We collect and use the following information in the App.
1.1 Information Provided by Users
- Account Information: Email address, username (nickname), password (encrypted). Used for account creation, identity verification, and sending important notifications.
- App Listing Data: App name, description, store URL, etc. Published in the App for tester recruitment.
- Guest Recruitment Data: App name, description, testing instructions, Google Play URL, and optional icon submitted for a login-free Guest recruitment page. This is used to provide the public recruitment page and manage test results and messages. An optional email address is used to send Guest recruitment management links, test-result notifications, and enable management from another device.
- Feedback Information: Ratings and comments for other apps. Used to provide feedback to developers.
- Inquiry Information: Inquiry content, contact details, etc. Used for support.
- Discord Integration Information: Discord user ID obtained when linking Discord account. Used for extended feedback features.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Access history, page dwell time, and click history on the App and website. Used to improve the service and develop new features.
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, IP address. Used to ensure system stability and prevent unauthorized use.
- Purchase Information: Subscription status, purchase history (credit card information itself is not stored by us; managed through the store).
2. External Transfers and Third-Party Sharing
To provide and improve service quality, we use the following third-party information collection modules, which may automatically transfer user information to these providers.
Google Analytics for Firebase
Provider: Google LLC
Purpose: App usage analytics, performance monitoring
Information Transferred: Device ID, operation logs, crash information (no personally identifiable information)

Google Analytics (Website)
Provider: Google LLC
Purpose: Analyzing website usage and improving the service
Information That May Be Collected: Pages viewed, access date and time, browser and device information, referring source, IP address, identifiers such as cookies, and Analytics event information
Regional use conditions: In regions where prior consent is required, Google Analytics is not enabled and its tag is not loaded until the user allows it. In other regions, it may be used for the purposes described in this Policy unless the user has explicitly declined. Regional automatic availability does not mean that the user explicitly granted permission.
Advertising features: This website implementation uses Analytics for service improvement and does not treat advertising Consent as the same as Analytics permission. Google Signals and ad personalization signals are disabled in the website tag, and the website does not send User-ID or user-provided data.
How to disable: Use “Analytics settings” in the footer at any time to disable or re-enable Analytics. After disabling, future custom events are not sent and the tag is not loaded on later visits.

RevenueCat
Provider: RevenueCat, Inc.
Purpose: In-app purchase and subscription management
Information Transferred: Anonymized user ID, purchase receipt information

Cloudflare Turnstile
Provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
Purpose: Detecting and preventing bots and abuse on Guest recruitment forms
Information Processed: Security signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, sitekey, and origin

3. Data Storage and Security
We strictly manage collected information on Cloudflare Workers and related secure databases. We implement physical, electronic, and procedural security measures against risks of unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information.
4. Data Retention Period
User data is retained as long as the account is active or as necessary for service provision. If a user requests account deletion, we will delete or anonymize the data within a reasonable period, except when legally required to retain it.
5. User Rights
Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of their personal information. To make these requests, proceed through the App's settings or contact us at the inquiry contact below.
Uninstalling the App immediately stops the App from obtaining your information.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not primarily intended for children under 13, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
7. Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy as necessary. For significant changes, we will notify users within the App or on our official website. The updated Policy takes effect when displayed in the App.
