1. Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the TestCrew app.
2. Open the Profile screen.
3. Select the option to permanently delete your account.
4. Review the warning and deletion details.
5. Enter delete and confirm.

Account deletion cannot be undone. Review the categories below for data that is deleted, anonymized, or potentially retained.

2. When you cannot sign in

If you cannot access the app to complete the deletion process, contact support and provide information that can identify the account, such as the registered email address.

3. Data covered by deletion

The following data is subject to deletion or anonymization when an account is deleted:

• Account information, including email address and username
• App listing data
• Feedback information
• Remaining TestCrew credits

4. Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained for a reasonable period when required to meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or protect the service.

5. Processing period

After a valid deletion request is received, the relevant data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
